The works made consist of paintings of domestic objects and portraits of friends and acquaintances of the artists. Friends & Things is a project that seeks to reflect on the collective experience of the pause, of being forced to stay inside the house and through painting to open a dialogue between the artists and the spectators/collaborators from two continents. This project revolves around pictorial research on portraits, confinement and collective work at a distance.
